MELISSA PETER ANTHONY – PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Melissa is the practice owner, and brings a wealth of international experience from her work in private practice in Malaysia and Hospital settings in India. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Manipal University, India (2012), and a Diploma in Physiotherapy from Universiti Industri Selangor (Unisel), Malaysia (2010).


Melissa works in the clinic Monday to Friday and is GLA:D certified for hip and knee arthritis. Her key interests include sports injury management, post-surgical rehabilitation, and neurological rehabilitation, such as stroke recovery.


When she’s not in the clinic, Melissa enjoys cycling, playing badminton, cooking, and spoiling her dog, Bruno.

KAY KNIGHT – PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Kay Knight brings decades of experience and an unwavering dedication to patient care. She has maintained a large clinical caseload for many years, drawing on a lifetime of practice, education, and training to provide the highest standard of physiotherapy.


Kay is the recipient of the RACV Sir Edmund Herring Scholarship (1988), which allowed her to study at the Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in health science from La Trobe University and is a GLA:D-certified physiotherapist for hip and knee arthritis.


Her commitment to rural and regional healthcare has been recognised with the 2016 Rural Workforce Agency of Victoria Allied Health Professional Award for outstanding contribution to allied health. Kay has served as a director on the board of the Rural Workforce Agency for Victoria and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).


Away from the clinic, Kay enjoys family time and exploring new recipes inspired by her travels.

SABAH FRY – PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Raised in nearby Leitchville, Sabah Fry is passionate about delivering quality physiotherapy services to rural communities. She provides physiotherapy to the Cohuna Hospital and leads group classes at Rich River Physiotherapy, including hydrotherapy, falls and balance sessions, and mat-based Pilates.


Sabah graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She has additional vestibular training, a strong interest in working with teenagers, and is GLA:D certified in hip and knee arthritis management.


Her background as a ballet teacher brings a unique perspective to movement-based rehabilitation. Outside of work, Sabah enjoys gardening, reading, and DIY projects.

FIONA WEILAND – WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

With a career spanning over two decades, Fiona Wieland is an experienced women’s health physiotherapist passionate about helping adults improve continence, comfort, and quality of life. She graduated from La Trobe University in 2002 and went on to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Women’s Health Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne in 2006.


Fiona has undertaken advanced training in overactive bladder, anorectal disorders, prolapse assessment and pessary fitting, stress incontinence, pregnancy and postnatal issues, men’s health, and internal pelvic pain.


She encourages self-referral and works closely with other healthcare providers to achieve the best outcomes. Appointments with Fiona include a comprehensive one-hour assessment and an individualised management plan. She accepts DVA and Medicare care plans, with private health rebates available. Fiona consults on Wednesdays.
